Product questions

Include the product name or link. If you are choosing a power station, tell us which devices you want to run, their rated wattage and how long you want to use them. For solar panels, batteries and chargers, include the exact EcoFlow model you want to connect.

Orders and support

Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For a product issue, include the model, serial number if available, a short description and clear photographs or video where useful.

Auckland pickup

Pickup is by prior arrangement. Please wait for collection confirmation and instructions before travelling.
