In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Tracking details are provided when available.
Standard delivery
Eligible non-rural orders over NZ$129 receive free standard delivery. Orders under NZ$129 are charged the applicable standard delivery rate at checkout.
Rural delivery
Rural addresses may incur an additional surcharge. Please make sure your delivery address is entered accurately at checkout.
Auckland pickup
Auckland pickup is available by arrangement after your order or repair collection has been confirmed. Please do not travel to collect until you have received confirmation.
Oversized or special parcels
Some oversized electronics or high-weight parcels may require a separate freight quote and may not qualify for free delivery.
